Ingredients:

  •  3/2 (1,5) cup brown sugar
  •  5/6 (0,8) cup Cooking Oil
  •  4 eggs
  •  12/5 (2,4) cup  wheat flour
  •  5/8 (0,6) cup coarsely broken walnuts
  •  2 teaspoon baking powder
  •  1 level coffee spoon of ground cinnamon
  •  11/2 (5,5) cup grated carrots
  •  1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Clean the carrots and grate. Grease and flour to 10.24-inch cake pan.Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and each of the eggs, mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gently stir into carrot mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  4. Preheat oven to 330 degrees F.Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.

Ingredients:

  •   300 g brown sugar
  •   200 ml Cooking Oil
  •   4 eggs
  •   280 g wheat flour
  •   100 g coarsely broken walnuts
  •   2 teaspoon baking powder
  •   1 level coffee spoon of ground cinnamon
  •   400 g grated carrots
  •   1 pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Clean the carrots and grate. Grease and flour to 26 cm cake pan.Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and each of the eggs, mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gently stir into carrot mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
  4. Preheat oven to 165 degrees C.Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.
