my first carrot cake:)
Cake:
American
Ingredients:
- 3/2 (1,5) cup brown sugar
- 5/6 (0,8) cup Cooking Oil
- 4 eggs
- 12/5 (2,4) cup wheat flour
- 5/8 (0,6) cup coarsely broken walnuts
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 level coffee spoon of ground cinnamon
- 11/2 (5,5) cup grated carrots
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- Clean the carrots and grate. Grease and flour to 10.24-inch cake pan.Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and each of the eggs, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gently stir into carrot mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Preheat oven to 330 degrees F.Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.

- 300 g brown sugar
- 200 ml Cooking Oil
- 4 eggs
- 280 g wheat flour
- 100 g coarsely broken walnuts
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 level coffee spoon of ground cinnamon
- 400 g grated carrots
- 1 pinch salt
Directions:
- Clean the carrots and grate. Grease and flour to 26 cm cake pan.Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together sugar, oil and each of the eggs, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt; gently stir into carrot mixture. Stir in chopped nuts. Spread batter into prepared pan.
- Preheat oven to 165 degrees C.Bake for 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. Remove from oven, and set aside to cool.
